This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by DigiGrowvity, a brand operated by Eunice Enterprises (Proprietorship). By purchasing or engaging any service from DigiGrowvity. You agree to the terms stated below.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to DigiGrowvity are final and non-refundable. No money will be returned under any circumstances once payment is made. This applies to all services, including but not limited to digital marketing services, SEO services, Google Ads & Meta Ads management, website design & development, monthly retainers, one-time projects, and consultations. Once payment is completed, the client acknowledges and accepts this strict no-refund policy.
2. Cancellation of Services
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written communication via email. Cancellation does not entitle the client to any money back, partial or full. Any unused portion of services, remaining days, or unutilized scope will be forfeited upon cancellation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations (Including but Not Limited To)
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after payment
- Dissatisfaction with results or performance
- Delays caused by client-side dependencies
- Platform policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Ad account suspension or rejection
- Algorithm updates or market conditions
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting DigiGrowvity first is a violation of this policy. DigiGrowvity reserves the right to suspend services immediately in such cases. Supporting evidence of service delivery will be submitted to the payment gateway where required.
5. Contact for Cancellation Requests
To cancel a service, clients must email digigrowvity@gmail.com or support@digigrowvity.com.
6. Policy Acceptance
By making a payment or using DigiGrowvity's services. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
