Affiliate Policy

This affiliate policy governs participation in the DigiGrowvity Affiliate Program.

Commission Terms

Approved affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on every referred client, for the lifetime of that client's engagement with DigiGrowvity. Commission is paid monthly on billed revenue from the prior month.

Eligibility

Approval is based on audience fit and relevance, not follower count or reach alone. We review applications for conflicts of interest with existing DigiGrowvity relationships before approval.

Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in any content recommending DigiGrowvity, consistent with applicable advertising standards in their jurisdiction (for example, FTC guidance in the US, ASCI in India, or the CAP Code in the UK). We provide pre-approved disclosure language on request.

Prohibited Practices

The following will result in commission clawback and removal from the programme:

• Incentivised clicks or paid-for reviews without disclosure
• Cookie stuffing or other manipulative tracking practices
• Bidding on DigiGrowvity's own branded search terms
• Unsolicited spam outreach
• False or misleading claims about DigiGrowvity's pricing, features, or results

Affiliate Policy Changes

We may update this affiliate policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates in advance rather than applied retroactively.
