Pongal Office Closure Notice
Pongal, Tamil Nadu's harvest festival, is why our office and support team were unavailable from 14–16 January 2026.
What This Meant for Clients
- All active SEO, paid media, and content campaigns continued running as scheduled, nothing paused.
- Support and email responses resumed the next business day.
Regular reporting and account access continued without interruption throughout the closure, so nothing was left unattended.
Wishing all our clients and partners a well-deserved harvest season.
About Pongal
Pongal is a four-day harvest festival celebrated across Tamil Nadu in January, when families give thanks for the harvest and for the sun that makes it possible. It is one of the most important holidays in the state, and most offices, shops and schools close for several days around it.
As a Chennai-based team, we observe it with the rest of the state. Closing the office gave our team time with family.
Planning Around Holidays
Scheduled work such as running campaigns and automated reports carries on during office closures, while anything that needs a person waits for the next business day. If you need to plan around an upcoming holiday, see our events page for notices or contact us.
