About the Web Developer Role

The Web Developer role is where every other channel we run ultimately lands. Web Design and Development Services is where every other channel we run, SEO, paid, content, CRO, ultimately lands: on a site that has to load fast, convert well, and hold up technically. We're hiring a Web Developer to build and maintain client websites and landing pages using Next.js and React, working directly with our SEO and CRO teams rather than in isolation.

What You'll Do

As Web Developer, your day-to-day work spans building, optimizing, and shipping:

  • Build responsive, accessible websites and landing pages in Next.js/React from design and content briefs.
  • Implement technical SEO fundamentals correctly the first time: semantic HTML, structured data, clean URL structure, proper meta tags.
  • Optimize for Core Web Vitals and page speed as a first-class requirement, not a post-launch fix.
  • Integrate forms, analytics, and third-party tools (CRM, ad pixels, chat widgets) cleanly.
  • Fix bugs and ship iterative improvements based on CRO test results and client feedback.
  • Maintain and extend our own site's codebase where relevant.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Web Developer who fits this profile:

  • 2+ years building production websites with React and Next.js (or a closely comparable framework).
  • Solid CSS fundamentals, you can build a clean, responsive layout without leaning entirely on a component library.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO basics and how they affect real-world rankings.
  • Comfortable working directly from a business brief, not just a fully-specced design file.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with a headless CMS or MDX-based content pipeline.
  • Familiarity with Postgres/Drizzle ORM or a similar lightweight backend stack.
  • Basic understanding of paid ad pixel and conversion tracking integration.

What We Offer

Here's what the Web Developer role gives you day to day:

  • Ownership of real client-facing production sites, not just internal tooling.
  • Direct collaboration with SEO, CRO, and content, so your code decisions are informed by real performance data, not built in a vacuum.
  • A small team where a good technical call actually ships, without months of approval layers.
