About the SEO Specialist Role

DigiGrowvity's SEO Services engagements span local businesses to multi-location brands across healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and professional services. We're looking for an SEO Specialist who can independently run technical audits, keyword research, and content optimization for a portfolio of client accounts, and explain the "why" behind every recommendation in terms a non-technical client understands.

What You'll Do

  • Run technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data) and turn findings into a prioritized fix list developers and clients can act on.
  • Own keyword research and content-gap analysis, mapping search intent to existing and new pages.
  • Build and execute on-page optimization plans: title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, and heading structure across client sites.
  • Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions monthly, and report results in plain language, not just a spreadsheet of metrics.
  • Coordinate with our content and web development teams to get fixes and new content shipped on schedule.
  • Stay current on Google algorithm updates and adjust client strategy proactively, not reactively.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an SEO Specialist who fits this profile:

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency or in-house, with real ranking and traffic results you can speak to.
  • Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog (or equivalent crawler), and at least one rank-tracking tool.
  • Comfortable reading basic HTML and communicating technical fixes to developers.
  • Strong written English, you'll be writing client-facing reports and recommendations directly.

Nice to Have

As SEO Specialist, prior agency exposure to these areas is a strong plus:

  • Experience with local SEO (Google Business Profile) for multi-location or service-area businesses.
  • Exposure to e-commerce SEO (faceted navigation, product schema) or healthcare/YMYL content standards.

What We Offer

Here's what the SEO Specialist role gives you day to day:

  • Direct ownership of client outcomes, not a cog in a large account team.
  • Exposure to a genuinely varied portfolio: healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, B2B, and more.
  • A small, senior team where your recommendations ship fast instead of dying in review cycles.
