About the Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst Role

The Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst turns traffic into a measurable result. A lot of agencies drive traffic and stop there. Our Conversion Rate Optimization Services exist precisely because traffic without conversion is a vanity metric. We're hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst to dig into client funnels, find where visitors drop off, and run structured experiments that actually move the needle on leads and sales, not just page views.

What You'll Do

As Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst, your day-to-day work spans research, testing, and reporting:

  • Set up and read heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel reports (Hotjar/Clarity, GA4) to find genuine friction points, not guessed-at ones.
  • Design and prioritize A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows.
  • Write test hypotheses grounded in actual user behavior data, and document results honestly, wins and losses both.
  • Partner with the web development and content teams to implement winning variants.
  • Build before/after conversion reports that connect test results to real revenue impact.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst who fits this profile:

  • 1–3 years of CRO, UX analytics, or growth marketing experience with real test results you can discuss.
  • Comfortable with GA4, a heatmap/session-recording tool, and basic A/B testing platforms.
  • Statistically literate enough to know when a test result is real versus noise.
  • Sharp eye for UX friction: forms, checkout flow, page load, trust signals.

Nice to Have

  • E-commerce CRO experience (cart abandonment, checkout optimization).
  • Basic HTML/CSS to prototype test variants without waiting on a developer for every change.

What We Offer

Here's what the Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst role gives you day to day:

  • A role built entirely around one honest question: did this actually convert better?
  • Direct collaboration with paid media, SEO, and content, since CRO touches every channel.
  • Full visibility into whether your tests worked, no hiding behind ambiguous metrics.
