Content Marketing Strategist
Plan and write SEO-driven content programs across blogs, landing pages, and whitepapers for clients in manufacturing, fashion, education, and more.
About the Content Marketing Strategist Role
The Content Marketing Strategist is the connective tissue between SEO, leads, and brand trust. Content Marketing Services at DigiGrowvity means more than a blog calendar, it's the connective tissue between SEO, lead generation, and brand trust for every client we serve. We're hiring a Content Marketing Strategist to plan content programs, write or brief out the content itself, and tie every piece back to a measurable business goal: rankings, leads, or sales.
What You'll Do
As Content Marketing Strategist, your day-to-day work spans planning, writing, and reporting:
- Build quarterly content calendars mapped to keyword research and each client's actual sales funnel, not generic "5 blog posts a month" filler.
- Write long-form blog posts, landing page copy, and whitepapers yourself, or brief and edit work from freelance writers to a consistently high bar.
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats (email, social, sales one-pagers) so one piece of research does more work.
- Collaborate with SEO on keyword targeting and internal linking, and with design on visual assets.
- Track content performance (organic traffic, time on page, conversions) and adjust the calendar based on what's actually working.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Content Marketing Strategist who fits this profile:
- 2+ years writing or managing content for a marketing team or agency, ideally with SEO context.
- Strong, clean written English and the ability to adapt tone across B2B, D2C, and technical audiences (manufacturing, fashion, education, healthcare).
- Comfortable doing your own keyword and competitor research, not waiting for a brief to be handed to you.
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals (headings, meta descriptions, internal linking).
Nice to Have
- Experience writing for manufacturing/export, apparel, or education clients specifically.
- Familiarity with content-collections/MDX or a headless CMS workflow.
What We Offer
Here's what the Content Marketing Strategist role gives you day to day:
- Ownership of the full content pipeline, from research to published piece, not just a writing queue.
- A portfolio of clients across genuinely different industries to write for.
- Direct visibility into how your content performs, tied to real traffic and lead numbers.
