Services are provided globally, including clients in India and international customers.

3. Service Engagement & Payments

  • All services require advance payment before work commencement.
  • Pricing is provided through custom quotations and billed in INR only.
  • Payments are accepted via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Razorpay.
  • DigiGrowvity reserves the right to pause or withhold services in case of delayed or failed payments.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to DigiGrowvity are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is made.
  • This applies to all services, including monthly retainers, one-time projects, and digital marketing services.
  • Clients may cancel services at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for any unused period or incomplete work.

5. Service Timelines & Expectations

  • SEO results typically take 3–6 months to show measurable progress.
  • Website design and development projects are typically completed within 2–4 weeks, subject to scope and client inputs.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads setup generally takes 3–5 working days after payment and receipt of required access.

⚠️ DigiGrowvity does not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, leads, or sales, as outcomes depend on external factors such as algorithms, platform policies, competition, and market conditions.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

  • Website content (images, videos, text)
  • Brand assets (logo, brand guidelines)
  • Timely approvals and feedback
  • Required access to ad accounts, social media platforms, and websites
  • Domain and hosting (if not purchased via DigiGrowvity)
  • Compliance with Google, Meta, and other third-party platform policies

⏳ Delays caused by the client will automatically extend project timelines without penalty or liability to DigiGrowvity.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website code, creatives, designs, strategies, and marketing assets remain the property of DigiGrowvity until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client, excluding third-party tools, plugins, licenses, or platforms.
  • DigiGrowvity retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, marketing materials, case studies, and testimonials, including use of the client’s name and logo.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiGrowvity / Eunice Enterprises shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Website downtime, algorithm changes, ad account suspension, or platform policy actions

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Third-Party Services

DigiGrowvity may use third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and Razorpay. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or policy enforcement by these platforms.

10. Termination of Services

DigiGrowvity reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • The client violates these Terms
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • The client engages in unlawful, unethical, or abusive behavior

No refunds shall apply in such cases.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Modifications

DigiGrowvity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
