No physical products are shipped or delivered.
Services include but are not limited to:

2. Mode of Service Delivery
Services are delivered through:

- WhatsApp communication
- Zoom / Google Meet calls and meetings
All deliverables, updates, and reports are shared digitally.
3. Service Commencement
- Services commence only after successful payment confirmation.
- For recurring services, delivery begins as per the agreed billing cycle.
- DigiGrowvity reserves the right to delay service commencement if required access, approvals, or information are not provided by the client.
4. Estimated Timelines
The following timelines are approximate and not guaranteed:
- SEO services: Results may typically begin to show within 3–6 months
- Website design & development: Typically delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on scope
- Google Ads & Meta Ads setup: Typically completed within 3–5 working days
These timelines may vary based on project complexity, scope changes, and client responsiveness.
5. Client Dependencies & Delays
Clients are responsible for providing:
- Content, brand assets, and approvals
- Required access to platforms and accounts
⏳ Any delay from the client’s side will automatically extend the delivery timeline. DigiGrowvity shall not be held liable for such delays.
6. Performance Disclaimer
- DigiGrowvity does not guarantee specific results, rankings, leads, traffic, or revenue.
- Outcomes depend on external factors such as algorithms, competition, market conditions, and third-party platform policies.
- Advertising platform approvals and performance are subject to Google, Meta, and other platform rules.
7. Third-Party Platforms
DigiGrowvity may use third-party tools and platforms including Google, Meta, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, or technical issues originating from such platforms.
8. Modification of Services
DigiGrowvity reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue services if:
- Payments are delayed or reversed
- Client violates terms or policies
- Client engages in unlawful or abusive behavior
9. No Physical Shipping
As all services are digital, no shipping or courier services apply.
